Fight the Compensation Offered
Some personal injury solicitors just want a fast turnaround so make sure when they suggest you take the first offer of compensation they can prove it falls within the average parameters for that kind of claim

I had the same happen to me when I claimed for a whiplash injury following a car crash. The personal injury solicitor recommended I take a settlement figure but when I refused the offer was raised by £300. I knew I had to do it because my partner recieved the same amount for his whiplash. Be very warey of the fast turnaround personal injury lawye

It is a diffult one to judge for most people but from what I have read far I would have to agree. It would be very sensible to use common sense and confidence. When the injury lawyer makes the presentation of offer ask what they believe the settlement should be. Better still when your case is undertaken ask the personal injury solicitor what the compensation settlement is likely to be!

I trust everyone with a good level of intelligence will appreciate that all accident claims will incur different levels of injury severity. There are certain levels that will be adopted by insurance companies in determining what amount of compensation to offer claimants. I do agree however that the first offer put forward could be challenged, but sensibly. If you do instruct a good personal injury solicitor you should feel comfortable that they will offer sound advice and professional support.
