Having worked for a midlands based medical reporting agency I can comment honestly. We were having to pay out commissions to nearly everyone providing the instructions, this included the accident management company, the injury lawyers and on some occassions rare occasions insurance companies. This in turn increased costs and as a result sparked the cost rows that have been rife for the last few years. We're sick of being constantly picked on by all parties - yet without us the industry would be a mess. Yes we do charge BUT why not?
