With the introduction of the Compensation Bill and the requirement for injury claims management companies to be registered and authorised with the Ministry of Justice is this a sign of more transparency in the injury claims arena?

As an employee for a top personal injury lawyer I have to say the industry has endured years of bad press predominantly because of the dodgy accident claims management companies that have sprung up over the years. The Ministry of Justice is definately doing the right thing with this legislation and we hope the injury claims market will benefit
