For the last decade there has been a barrage of bad press in relation to the accident compensation culture that has risen in the UK. Years ago there was stark warning from industry specialists that the american style compensation culture would soon descend on Britain. Sure enough with the introduction of companies like the Accident Group we have undertaken nearly a decade of compensation culture but is this continuing or are the new regulations calming things back down
