Couldnt agree more, and the thought of trying to do a car insurance quote on my mobile phone doesnt bare thinking about, personally cant see it working

I work for an insurance broker and we are finding it more and difficult to compete with people like the insurance aggregators. We have to find different ways of attracting new generations of motor insurance customers. Suggesting that the internet is only just taking off is a little bit of an understatement, it has exploded. The phone thing is a good idea and it will take off. The quotation question set will obviously have to be revised.
