There is little doubt from industry analysts that the introduction of regulation in the injury claims market is a great step forward in putting right the bad press that has plagued the compensation market place for years

The compensation claim industry has suffered and the introduction of this bill can only be a good idea. Hopefully it will get rid of some of the personal injury claim cowboys

Glen you are quite right the industry has been plagued with the Arthur Daily style claims management companies for far too long and it is time the professionals took control again. I like the approach made by the newly founded Talk Once company because they offer the exceptional marketing power they are great at but the direct service of putting you directly through to the injury claims solicitors themselves so the middleman has effectively disappeared.
