Not so many years ago the directories presented ads from a few select motor insurance companies with well known reputable names. Now every where you look you can find advertisements from hundreds of different companies offer cheap car insurance cover.

Promoting cheap car insurance is big business. People who have the means to attract the attention of the general public can quite easily utilise their prime web space by placing links and banners that drive traffic to motor insurance sellers who are happy to pay for the leads presented to them.

I have noticed a few ads coming through recently stating that you should look at your insurance policy to see what it offers you and to be careful of supposed cheap car insurance. Correct me if I am wrong but does anyone care about anything other than getting cheap car insurance for the cheapest premium possible. I think if you asked most British motorists what they thought the most important element of their motor insurance policy was, they would say cheap
