This is the way we want it. There have been far to many unscrupulous characters in the injury claims. Whiplash claims get all the press but there is so much more involved in the personal injury market that only the professional injury lawyer can and should advise on.

Have to agree with Mary, we have had our fill of accident claims management companies over the past ten years and we now need some stability and confidence to be put back into the industry. From a nation that historically didnt look at personal injury compensation as being the norm we now have a more confident nation that wont think twice about claiming for whiplash, slip and trips or injury accidents at work

Of course this is true, there are just as many if not more road traffic accidents occurring every year so the number of whiplash claims are there for the taking. I think the online experience is making a difference to the way we see the industry developing. Online injury claims are the way forward and there is plenty of choice when it comes to service providers. I think your view on the diminishing industry in wrong I think there are just less personal injury companies promoting themselves through the expensive medias of television and paper advertising like directories. I think it goes without saying that most people associate personal injury compensation with road traffic accident whiplash claims. This was the real focus in the campaigns of Claims Direct and the Accident Group back in the 1990s and early 2000. Mary is right in her comment that whiplash claims get all the press and this should change, there is so much more scope nowadays and most personal injury lawyer firms can accomodate a multitude of compensation scenartios
