Compensation for Work Injury Accidents

There appears to be a more relaxed approach by the British public to the process of claiming compensation for work injury accidents. Only a few years ago many would have thought twice and maybe even not have dared pursue a claim for work accident compensation from their employers. As the understanding of how personal injury claims work there has been a more relaxed attitute, does anyone have any feed back and support on this issue

I can clarify that the the attitude of the British pubilc has definately changed over the past ten years. We have developed a somewhat American attitude toward personal injury and the example of compensation for work injury accidents is a pretty good one. Ten years ago the injury claims system was pretty restricted for personal injury solicitors but because of companies like claims direct and the Accident Group there is now a very positive and lucrative market for injury accident claims in the UK so we shouldnt really knock these companies
