We knew the bubble would burst eventually. There was never going to be a prolonged acceptance that rates on car insurance for women could be sustained for ever. As many car insurance companies make the move to increase rates even the bespoke nice markets are crumbling

With so much in the press recently regarding the merger of two large insurance companies where does this leave the customer. The market will soon be totally owned by just a handful of major brands - surely this cannot be good for the consumer? Is this really the path for the public receiving a better deal and cheaper car insurance or is this the classic monopoly scenario

There needs to be a good guide to car insurance offering the basics that outline the essential information for the car insurance consumers both young and old

Many people shy away from making personal injury claims without actually realising that they also make a civil claim themselves. They just think that all claims for compensation have to go through a professional solicitor. There needs to be more clarity on a guide to making a civil claim for compensation.

There appears to be a more relaxed approach by the British public to the process of claiming compensation for work injury accidents. Only a few years ago many would have thought twice and maybe even not have dared pursue a claim for work accident compensation from their employers. As the understanding of how personal injury claims work there has been a more relaxed attitute, does anyone have any feed back and support on this issue

From the madness of the late nineties with Claims Direct and the Accident Group (TAG) to the some what quieter times of today it is amazing to think that there are just as many if not more prospects for whiplash claims and less and less major players in the personal injury claims market
